These two ladies hold a special place in my heart. Over the last year and a half, I found that I have freakishly similar tastes for many things in life as Rachel & Amanda. After coincidentally showing up to the same events more than once, and even realizing we were taking the same vacations within weeks of each other, I knew that working alongside them would be as easy as working with old friends. They made me laugh constantly, they gave me a to-go bag of donuts at their wedding (I mean... sweets are my love language 😍), and their love for each other is as beautiful as I've ever seen. A&R - thank you from the bottom of my heart for including me in your wedding day! xoxo

Sam & Brian had a wedding day so dreamy that I would be selfish not to share the eye candy details and uber-romantic, sun-drenched portraits with all of you. Everything that they surrounded themselves in that day was amazing, from the venue to the people chosen to stand by their sides. I love a wedding party who knows how to have fun, and I love a couple like Sam & Brian who break out in dance parties in the middle of their bride/groom portraits. 😂
I'm SO happy that I got to photograph this awesome couple from the moment Brian placed that gorgeous engagement ring on Sam's finger, to when he topped it off with a wedding band and made their forever together an official thing. These two are truly made for each other and it's so fun to capture!!
An incredible team of wedding professionals helped make this day as beautiful as it was! Scroll to the bottom for some shout-outs and awesome talent.

I laugh a lot with my job. I get to photograph awesome people who make me giggle consistently. But these two, they made me laugh so much that I developed a twitch in my cheek and got an ab workout during our session and I love them so much for it!! They are comfortable in their skin and even more comfortable in each other's arms - and it makes my job incredibly enjoyable. I'm counting down the days until I can have Ashley & Dakotah in front of my camera again on their wedding day... May of 2018 can't come soon enough!!
When my husband and I got married almost 5 years ago, we moved to Minneapolis into the most charming four-unit apartment building by Lake Nokomis. In the craziness of our moving in, amid boxes everywhere and wet paint on the walls, the sweetest girl with an equally sweet (freshly-made) loaf of banana bread knocked on our door to extend a welcome to the building. Her bright smile alongside the cutest neighborly gesture is something I've always been grateful for, and Mandy immediately made my hubby and I feel even more excited about moving to the "Big City". Since then, we had the pleasure of getting to know her and her fiance John - together they make one of the kindest and most adventurous couples I know. They have since moved to North Dakota and I couldn't be more thrilled that I get to travel to the U.S./Canadian border this fall for what is sure to be one of the most welcoming and fun weddings I've ever photographed! Their day can't come soon enough - but until then, check out how sweet these two are; especially making music together. Some of my favorite images I've ever taken!! :)
