Amanda & Rachel | Bloom Lake Barn Wedding

These two ladies hold a special place in my heart. Over the last year and a half, I found that I have freakishly similar tastes for many things in life as Rachel & Amanda. After coincidentally showing up to the same events more than once, and even realizing we were taking the same vacations within weeks of each other, I knew that working alongside them would be as easy as working with old friends. They made me laugh constantly, they gave me a to-go bag of donuts at their wedding (I mean... sweets are my love language 😍), and their love for each other is as beautiful as I've ever seen. A&R - thank you from the bottom of my heart for including me in your wedding day! xoxo

Rachael & Brent | Bloom Lake Barn Wedding

Quirky. Cats. Root beer floats. Plenty of laughter. Epic scenery. Stunning florals. A perfect barn.

Rachael & Brent are the perfect clients for me. I like to refer to these two as my "diner couple" because I really loved to play the third wheel at super cute diners with them. Case in point: Betty's Pies for their engagement session, and The Drive-In on their wedding day! They've got a sweet tooth, a love of kitties, and a desire to have fun in every part of their lives, which I can TOTALLY get on board with (because that's exactly how I like to live my life!). Congrats on getting meowied, you two!! Your day was purrrrrfect. :)

Bridget & Eric Married

From the very moment that I first met Bridget & Eric, I knew the journey I was starting with them was going to be an incredible one! I met them for coffee, we chatted forever, and much to my extreme excitement (I had been hoping and praying they felt the same about wanting to work with me as I wanted to work with them!) they decided to book me for their wedding date! Since then, I have photographed them in one of their favorite places (if you need a refresher, go see their engagement session because it's one of my all-time favorites), enjoyed beers over happy hour, talked for hours, and witnessed the moment they united in marriage. My job is SO cool, and when you have that moment where you know your clients are going to become your new BFFs, it takes the awesomeness to the next level. So until the day comes that I get to photograph the growth of their family (no pressure ;) ) I look forward to sunny happy hours and lots of laughter shared with these two. And lots of daydreaming back to their gorgeous wedding on the ultimate summer day...

Hannah & Caleb Married

My web of clients grows in the most incredible ways, and it never ceases to amaze me! Hannah & Caleb hired me for their wedding after Hannah was a bridesmaid in one of my past weddings (shout out to Sam & Caleb for being the insanely awesome people that they are... so grateful for you both) and I knew the instant that I began photographing them at their engagement session last fall that the two of them and myself would get along juuuuuust fine. ;) I truly LOVE this couple and only wish that I had the proper words to express my happiness in just KNOWING Hannah & Caleb, and not just for having had the chance to photograph this absolutely stunning wedding of theirs!! Where do I even begin with this gorgeous day?! From Hannah's beautiful blush gown to the incredible barn of a family friend that they were able to use for their reception... every detail was perfect and every person present was glowing with happiness just to be around the bride & groom. I am so glad I can re-live this day any time I please!!

Megan & Brent Engaged

I never quite understand how I get so lucky... and I may never actually know. But the people that I get to work with in this job of mine are just amazing! This is Megan and Brent -- I'm photographing their wedding in October of 2015 and I CANNOT wait. And guess what else? This barn will be making an appearance in their wedding photos too. <3 Also, THEIR DOG. Just about the cutest little thing I've ever seen and I want to take him home with me!!! I believe little Harley may have stolen the show a little bit... but you can decide that on your own:
